Waterfront Pearl

A unique overhang on the Waterfront Pearl building in Portland, Oregon required custom access provision for window cleaning at the glass below the overhang.  Peak Fall Protection designed and fabricated a custom portable rig assembly to allow the window washer access from the rooftop to the underside of the overhang with anchorage directly adjacent the glass.  The custom rig was designed for bosun’s chair access and with tieback to cast in place roof anchors, also by Peak Fall Protection.  When not in use, the rig can be stored out of sight.  Peak Fall Protection design team can customize standard products, or design a system to suit specific building needs!
