The suspended maintenance anchorage system for this high rise building in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was due for recertification and Peak Fall Protection was directed to direct the procedure and perform onsite proof testing. Rigging sleeves, davit assemblies, and roof anchors were originally installed at time of building construction to access the building facade. Peak Fall Protection completed recertification to include required documentation and also performs annual inspections to maintain compliance.
