RSA Tower

The RSA Tower building in Montgomery, Alabama was originally constructed with consideration for suspended maintenance access needs, but the building’s original systems became dated and no longer provided for compliant window washing access. Peak Fall Protection was contracted to perform hazard analysis and design of a retrofit system to include recertification of existing elements where possible, as well as supplemental anchorage components. Onsite testing was performed to confirm capacity of existing anchorages and new single point anchors were installed to allow for compliant layout. At conclusion of the project, Peak Fall Protection documented certification of the modified system with a system logbook to include sealed drawings, test reports, and other applicable regulatory information..
