A unique soffit on this building in Fort Mill, South Carolina is an integral part of the architectural appeal. However, because the soffit does not allow for more conventional facade access, customized vertical rigging sleeves were designed and installed to provide for access by powered platform. The anchorage layout was carefully coordinated with building steel to minimize need for bracing while providing efficient and safe access for window cleaning and other building maintenance tasks. The new anchorage system was designed, fabricated, and installed by Peak Fall Protection.
