Mayo Clinic
Mayo Clinic engaged Peak Fall Protection to provide fall protection services for the Jacksonville, Florida campus. Peak Fall Protection was first contracted to provide hazard analysis for various buildings and storage tank structures on campus. The PFP design team proposed various solutions based on the identified hazard and exposure level. Fall protection solutions were coordinated with building structure to minimize the need for supplemental bracing components and to minimize impact to the building occupants. Peak Fall Protection was then contracted to provide turnkey installation of fall protection systems to include structure mounted guardrail, single point anchors, horizontal lifelines, overhead monorail systems, access platforms, and recertification of existing anchorage components for continued use. At conclusion of the construction phase, PFP qualified personnel conducted training on the various systems that were installed.
