Big Spring Summit

Peak Fall Protection was contracted to provide retrofit design and turnkey installation of a window washing anchorage system for the beautiful Big Spring Summit building in Huntsville, AL. Unique features such as a barrel roof, outdoor patio area, and lower level balcony areas required special provision for anchorage as not to detract from the building’s special features and to minimize impact to the existing building tenants. Peak Fall Protection designed recessed paver roof anchors for installation below balcony pavers, accessible to the window washer for anchorage but otherwise not visible to building occupants.
