For buildings with soffits, cornice features, sunshades, and other unique exterior features, access by powered platform may be the most practical method for façade maintenance. At the McLeod Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina, Peak Fall Protection furnished and installed davit bases and portable aluminum davit assemblies for safe and convenient building façade maintenance. The new anchorage system was tested in-place to confirm load capacity prior to certification of the system for contractor use.
