As part of a renovation project, Peak Fall Protection was contracted to modify an existing roof anchor system. Single point anchors were previously installed by others at the roof level, but spacing between roof anchors did not provide for safe access to the entire roof perimeter. The simple solution for compliance required modification of various anchorage posts and installation of a horizontal lifeline system. Peak Fall Protection technicians installed the retrofit system and our design team was responsible for system certification.
